Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base.
Reconnect with previous clients to reignite partnerships and build long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop comprehensive and competitive RFP responses.
Conduct market research and networking to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Maintain consistent communication with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and engagement.
Deliver regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and milestones to leadership.
Qualifications:
Proven success in business development, sales, or client relations roles.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, particularly in building structured responses to RFPs.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to cultivate lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on achieving results.
Knowledge of the staffing industry or related fields is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
