About the Role


Responsibilities
Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on all facility & secondary production support equipment. Perform emergency repair tasks as required. Assist in equipment installations as necessary
Maintain plant grounds. Conducts and documents regular facility inspections
Report maintenance activities for all facility & secondary production support equipment.
Request replacement parts and services. Checks work completed by vendors and contractors.
Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
Maintain spare parts inventory. Fabricate and install items as required.
Trouble shoot process/equipment breakdowns. Maintain and repair all dust collectors (change filters, clean filter chambers, monitor differential pressures, change out dust drums, etc.)
Assume all duties related to the waste water process and equipment. This includes but is not limited to: monitoring PH levels and correcting as necessary, introduction of lime to the process, prevention of tank overflows, ensuring production doesn’t shut down for full tanks, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the area. Conduct building and office maintenance as required.
Any other reasonable request deemed necessary by management.
